We have various wedding amenities available to ensure your ceremony is supported and beautifully flawless. Full wedding ceremonies and receptions, begin at $7,500 for peak season Saturdays, and vary based on amenity selections and guest count. Weddings can be booked on any day of the week. Listed below are amenities many couples prefer:

    • Fully heated & cooled for all seasons
    • Large patio with televisions, heating, ceiling fans & gas fire pits
    • Outdoor lawn games
    • Parking attendant & building attendant
    • Fully staffed bar service, alcohol selections priced separately.

Formal Events:

For large formal events, the pricing varies based on date, guest count, and complexity of the event. This includes military balls, high school proms, commencement ceremonies, etc. For proper pricing, please place an inquiry through our contact page and someone will get back to you by the end of the next business day, event depending.

 

Private Parties:

If looking to host a smaller gathering, such as a networking night, baby shower, group lunch, graduation party, etc, may we suggest either the Rustic Cottage (indoor) or our open-air, covered pavilion or patio. Each outdoor location has electrical access, lights, and fans. Rented at an hourly rate, ranging from $150-$250/hr, with a four (4) hour minimum. Reserve early!

 

Photo Sessions:

The Rustic Barn grounds are gorgeous and we know so many of you want to come and take photos! Photo sessions are $250/hr for the use of the grounds and must be scheduled in advance. Place an inquiry through our contact page.

 

Bar Packages:

All alcohol must be provided by The Rustic Barn. Our bar manager is more than happy to work with you and cultivate a specific bar menu for your event.

Experience

As the largest event venue in the area, we offer space for about 300 guests in our barn, as well as a variety of locations around the grounds. Nestled back off of Gum Branch Rd, The Rustic Barn at Half Moon sits on 149 acres of private property surrounded by trees and rolling greens. Our patios, views, and outdoor pavilion, are an idyllic setting and the perfect backdrop for your wedding or special event.

When inquiring with us, we start by gathering event information through our contact portal. From there one of our staff members will respond with appropriate information to book your tour. Tours are by appointment only, to permit the best experience. Upon arriving for your scheduled tour, one of our staff members will happily greet you and guide you through the grounds and barn. At that time we will be able to answer any questions and concerns, explain rain plans, bar options, etc. We want your event to be the best it can be. If you’re delighted, we’re able to book your event right then and there!

Preferred Vendors

Upon booking with us, we will provide a preferred vendors list. We have taken a great amount of time to cultivate this preferred vendor list and have witnessed their services. Our list is diverse in services, pricing and backgrounds. This list covers everyone from event planners, catering, attire, to decor and lighting. The vendors on our list provide top notch services. As stated, they have worked with us before or have displayed a high level of professionalism.

If wishing to use a vendor outside of our preferred list. There is a process of getting other vendors approved and can be discussed during booking. We do update our preferred vendor list roughly twice a year, and are always trying to adapt for the better.

For weddings we do ask that you have at least a day-of coordinator.
